Job summary

The Salvation Army Southern California is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee behavioral health services, supervise SUD counselors, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards across programs.

You will partner with the Clinical Director and the Clinical Services team to maintain high-quality documentation, provide crisis guidance, and promote trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care for clients served.

Qualifications

• Licensed behavioral health professional with supervision eligibility.
• Experience supervising counselors, interns, and teams.
• Knowledge of SUD treatment and ASAM criteria.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group clinical supervision for SUD counselors, Clinical Services team members, and interns.
• Review interventions, treatment planning, client engagement, and documentation for quality and compliance.
• Facilitate case consultation, case conferencing, and caseload reviews.
• Support staff development, coaching, onboarding, and trauma-informed practices.
• Ensure supervision activities are documented and available for review.
