• Serve as a key senior leader within Chase Wealth Management, working with Divisional and Regional Field Leadership to deliver top-tier client service.
• Spearhead projects that drive significant organizational change and impact across various business functions.
• Streamline team operations to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement, aligned with company objectives.
• Guide and mentor teams to strengthen collaboration between regions, markets, Private Client Investment Associates, and Advisors.
