Responsibilities

• Lead the integrated field engagement strategy and maintain calendars across meetings, communications, training, and reinforcement activities.
• Define purposes, audiences, cadence, and ownership for field channels and forums.
• Manage the Field Engagement Guide including templates, timing, and readiness criteria.
• Oversee end-to-end field engagement process from intake to rollout and transition.
• Review agendas, presentations, and field materials for alignment and readiness.
• Coordinate planning across multiple teams to address conflicts and sequencing.
• Maintain an integrated communications calendar and identify competing priorities.
• Develop governance standards and templates for executive summaries and materials.
• Measure health of processes and field engagement through engagement metrics and actions.
