Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate key business initiatives to Private Client Investment Associates.
• Support Associate performance through onboarding and training and field workshops.
• Identify opportunities to improve client experience and share best practices.
• Provide field feedback to practice management on key initiatives.
• Review and approve time and attendance for associates.
• Assist with technology issue resolution as needed.
• Maintain and track revenue share agreements and partner relationships.
• Foster collaboration with One Chase partners and branch leadership.
• Promote inclusive culture and employee engagement across the team.
