It requires strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with proficiency in data handling and reporting. The position assists with scheduling, records management, and correspondence; organizes and maintains recruitment and retention data; and supports events such as job fairs and professional development sessions. Additionally, it contributes to developing resources, planning educator learning opportunities, and fostering collaborative partnerships that advance the division’s strategic goals.Please note: This role does not allow for any form of remote work, including telecommuting or hybrid arrangements. The nature of this position necessitates a consistent in-person presence. Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team.Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the division's leadership team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, managing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.Data Management: Assist in the collection, organization, and maintenance of data related to teacher recruitment and retention initiatives. Ensure data accuracy and produce regular reports to inform decision-making.Project Coordination: Coordinate and support various projects and initiatives aimed at recruiting and retaining high-quality teachers. Collaborate with teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met. Assist in organizing teacher recruitment events, job fairs, and professional development sessions to attract and support educators. Manage logistics, registrations, and promotional efforts.Fiscal, Purchasing, and Resource Coordination: Assist with purchase requests, procurement documentation, travel reimbursements, invoices, and other fiscal processes. Coordinate with appropriate agency personnel to ensure administrative and purchasing requirements are completed accurately and on time. Track office supplies, equipment, materials, and other resources. Maintain documentation supporting expenditures, contracts, and program activities, as assigned.Professional Development: Support the planning and delivery of professional development opportunities for educators to enhance their skills and promote career growth.Resource Development: Help create and disseminate resources and materials to support teacher recruitment and retention efforts.
