Your contributions will be vital in supporting informed decision-making and driving continuous improvement in the education sector. As a Data Analyst, you will have a crucial responsibility in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of education data. Proficiency in ETL processes and creating visually compelling data visualizations, reports, and presentations.Data Analysis and Management: Perform comprehensive data analysis, utilizing statistical techniques and data visualization tools. Develop documentation for data processes and collections, promoting consistent and effective data management practices.Data Integrity and Reporting: Implement quality control measures for data integrity, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with state and federal reporting requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop standardized reports and dashboards for monitoring educational performance and progress.Technical Assistance and Research: Provide technical assistance to school districts and stakeholders, offering guidance on data-related inquiries and data-driven approaches. Support research initiatives, collect, analyze, and interpret data, and collaborate on evaluation methodologies for evidence-based decision-making.Data System Management and Coordination: Collaborate with IT teams to enhance data systems, promote data sharing, and ensure accurate submission of federal and state-mandated reports. Coordinate large data requests from various agencies and organizations.
