Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a Division SIOP Manager in Simi Valley, CA. You will build and mature the SIOP process, aligning demand, supply, and financial plans with executive leadership across multiple functions.

This role leads a team and drives continuous improvement in planning maturity and forecast accuracy. You will influence across Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, Quality, Engineering, and Program Management, ensuring governance and performance management across the SIOP cycle.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading SIOP, demand planning, supply planning, and integrated business planning.
• Experience coordinating across Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, Quality, Engineering, and Program Management.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement a scalable SIOP process across platforms.
• Establish governance, cadence, and standard work for SIOP.
• Partner with executives to align demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and financial plans.
• Lead monthly SIOP reviews and ensure accountability for actions.
• Lead cross-functional demand/supply alignment and improve forecast accuracy.
• Identify and mitigate imbalances across planning horizons.
• Develop visibility to constrained capacity and build capacity models.
• Integrate SIOP outputs with master scheduling and procurement.
• Build analytics, dashboards, and reporting for fact-based decisions.
• Lead, coach, and develop planning team and drive continuous improvement.
• Drive lean principles and standard work in planning processes.
