Parker Hannifin is seeking a Division SIOP Manager in Simi Valley, CA. You will lead the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning process across platforms, aligning demand, supply, inventory, capacity and financial plans.

You will influence senior leadership, build governance, and drive cross-functional execution to improve forecast accuracy and schedule discipline. You will lead a team responsible for demand planning, supply planning, analytics, and SIOP execution, delivering measurable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, business or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in SIOP, supply chain or operations planning leadership.
• Experience leading teams and developing planning talent.
• Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or engineered products preferred.
• Prior people leadership experience required.
• Strong communication, facilitation and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement a scalable SIOP process across all platforms.
• Establish governance, cadence, standard work, and decision forums.
• Partner with executive leadership to align demand, supply, inventory, capacity and financial plans.
• Lead monthly SIOP reviews with clear accountability for actions and outcomes.
• Develop capacity models and manage constraints across platforms.
• Build analytics, dashboards, and reporting to support data-driven decisions.
