Responsabilités

• Identify and capitalize on business prospects within existing and new customers.
• Partner with the sales specialist to identify and close new business opportunities.
• Oversee sales processes with both new and existing customers.
• Ensure timely and precise contract renewals.
• Collaborate with sales and operations repair teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to contract terms regarding service frequency, inventories and volumes.
• Oversee the monitoring of contract consumption.
• Provide guidance to field teams and foster accountability.
