Responsibilities
- Oversee daily division production priorities and ensure effective operational execution
- Manage landscape maintenance, installation, and enhancement activities to keep projects organized, on schedule, and within budget
- Coordinate scheduling, labor allocation, job assignments, equipment needs, and workflow to maximize productivity and service quality
- Lead, supervise, coach, and develop operations teams through regular guidance, feedback, and training
- Build and maintain a high-performing team through talent assessment, performance management, and ongoing employee development
- Conduct regular site audits to monitor job quality, safety, client satisfaction, and adherence to project specifications
- Identify operational risks and proactively implement solutions to address safety, performance, scheduling, and production concerns
- Track and communicate key operational and financial performance metrics to leadership
- Collaborate with leadership, sales, administrative teams, and other departments to develop and execute operational strategies
- Ensure consistent adherence to established processes, role checklists, and standard operating procedures
- Complete employee performance reviews and check-ins accurately and on schedule

Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership experience in landscape maintenance, installation, enhancement, or related operations
- Strong understanding of landscape industry standards, equipment, materials, workflows, and production practices
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop field operations teams
- Experience with scheduling, labor allocation, resource management, and operational planning
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Ability to understand and manage budgets, job costs, financial targets, and operational profitability
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, operational software, scheduling systems, and other digital tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across departments
