The Division Process Engineer will provide technical leadership across nine facilities, drive process discipline, and collaborate with R&D and operations to optimize fiberization and KPI outcomes.

Hybrid work from home up to 2 days per week is available. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering, 5+ years’ experience, proficiency in CAD tools, and strong analytics skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years manufacturing process experience.
• Experience with multi-physics systems.

Responsibilities

• Support 9 Insulation Systems Facilities.
• Lead process improvements and CAPEX projects.
• Apply Six Sigma/DOE for process improvements.
• Collaborate with R&D Process Technology on fiberization.
