Job summary

Matador Resources Company is seeking a detail-oriented individual in Dallas, Texas. The candidate will manage Division Order files, prepare audit materials, and assist analysts with various tasks. This role requires 2 years of oil and gas experience and strong computer skills, particularly in Excel.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related oil and gas experience.
• Self-motivated, dependable with high integrity.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and internet research.
• Experience with Quorum and Enertia is very helpful.

Responsibilities

• Identify, gather information and set up all pending AFE’s/wells.
• Sort, assemble, and set up Division Order Well Files.
• Obtain and process well information.
• Create and maintain Excel spreadsheet to log receipt and follow-up process.
• Assist Division Order Analysts with miscellaneous tasks.

Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Identify, gather information and set up all pending AFE’s/wells
• Sort, assemble, and set up Division Order Well Files
• Obtain and process well information (IHS Markit, DrillingInfo, State/Fed Agencies)
• Process initial interest decks within Enertia system
• Create and maintain Excel spreadsheet to log receipt and follow-up process
• Scan newly created files
• Perform general office duties
• Prepare materials and scan files for audits and various ongoing projects
• Scan new materials for placement in Division Order folders
• Organize and scan Enertia Incident documentation/attachments
• Assist Division Order Analysts with miscellaneous tasks
• Log and track mass mail-outs
• Assist with special projects – 1099 and Escheat research and processing; gather data and data files for auditors
