Job summary

Dudley Land Company in Houston, TX is seeking a Division Order Analyst for a temp-to-hire role. The position focuses on reviewing and verifying division orders on Non-Operated properties to ensure accurate revenue distribution.

You will configure well records, compute WI, NRI, RI and NPRI, perform title analysis, and collaborate with brokers and landmen to resolve ownership and revenue issues. Minimum 3 years' experience required; Permian Basin exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Division Order Analyst.
• Experience with non-operated and mineral/royalty interest division orders.
• Experience with Permian Basin is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of WI, mineral interest and overrides calculations.
• Experience with an integrated land system, preferably LandVantage.

Responsibilities

• Review Non-Operated Division Orders and confirm ownership; collaborate to resolve disparities.
• Configure well records and enter allocations to calculate well-level interests.
• Compute WI, NRI, RI, NPRI, and ORRI for acquired assets.
• Conduct title analysis including opinions, ownership reports, and agreements; identify discrepancies.
• Work with Brokers and Landmen to review ownership reports, title opinions, leases, and assignments.
• Coordinate with operators to resolve suspended revenue issues and ensure timely funds.
