Job summary

Crescent Energy, a differentiated U.S. energy company, seeks a Division Order Analyst to join a growing Division Order and Owner Relations team.

You will manage DOI setup, maintenance, ownership changes, and support acquisitions and divestitures across multiple basins, reporting to the Division Order Manager. You will liaise between Land, Accounting, Legal, and Operations to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance, driving efficiency and accuracy in ownership records and related

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Energy Management, Land Administration, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Land Administration or Division Order.
• Strong knowledge of oil and gas ownership, lease, and contract administration.
• Experience with data management systems and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• DOI setup, maintenance, and ownership changes for accuracy and compliance.
• Resolve ownership issues and landowner disputes.
• Collaborate with Finance, Land Operations, and Land Administration teams.
• Support acquisition and divestiture opportunities through cycles.
• Assist with audits, litigation, and third-party inquiries.
• Coordinate ownership data integration across workflows and systems.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and contractual requirements.
• Support system upgrades, conversions, and process improvements.
