Job summary

PetroLedger Energy Partners is seeking a Division Order Analyst to independently manage DOI work across client accounts, interpret title opinions, and ensure accurate owner payments. The role involves setting up DOIs for new wells, resolving title and payment issues, and coordinating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid 3/2 schedule.

You will serve as a technical resource for Division Order Technicians, liaising with land, revenue, and accounting teams while ensuring compliance with state

Qualifications

• Four years of progressive oil and gas Division Order or related land administration experience.
• Ability to interpret leases, division order title opinions and related ownership instruments.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills with data validation and large-data review capability.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret division order title opinions, leases, and related instruments to determine ownership interests.
• Process ownership transfers, suspenses, and pay status changes with limited oversight.
• Provide guidance to Division Order Technicians and maintain audit trails for ownership changes.
