Job summary

MVP Holdings is seeking a Division Order Analyst to manage and maintain records for accurate payments to owners. You will review deeds, leases, and contracts to determine divisions of interest and set up division orders for new leases.

The role requires 5+ years in oil & gas accounting, knowledge of WolfePak or similar software, and strong organizational and Excel/Outlook skills. This is a full-time position with on-site work and potential through audits and acquisitions support.

Qualifications

• 4 year Accounting degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years experience in oil & gas accounting with knowledge of industry terminology.
• Knowledge of PakEnergy (WolfePak) or similar oil & gas software.

Responsibilities

• Review, interpret, and process title documents to determine division of interest.
• Set up division orders for new leases and maintain owner records.
• Process changes to division orders and assignments of interests.
• Assist in escheatment processes and ensure compliance in all states.
• Coordinate work to meet monthly deadlines for revenue distribution.
• Assist with acquisitions, due diligence and audits.
