Job summary

Thompson Concrete Construction is seeking a Divisional Operations Leader to drive operational execution, team development, and process consistency across a growing division. The role focuses on building strong leaders, simplifying systems, and providing operational support in a fast-paced construction environment.

You will lead day-to-day operations across multiple markets, coach leaders, own scheduling and capacity planning, and promote consistent, high-quality performance while adopting

• Proven ability to develop managers and frontline leaders.
• Strong organizational and execution skills.

• Comfort using technology to support operations and visibility.
• Interest in long term leadership impact within a growing organization.
• Excellent computer skills (UKG experience a plus).

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve day-to-day operations across multiple markets.
• Work side-by-side with other Leaders to promote cohesion and consistency.
• Build and standardize simple, repeatable operating processes.
• Own scheduling and capacity planning to drive predictability.
• Coach and support Operations Managers, Production Managers, and field leaders.
• Improve quality performance, safety consistency, and productivity.
• Ensure accurate operational workflows for timekeeping, job data, and billing support.
• Drive adoption of operational systems and reporting tools.
• Support operational setup and stabilization of new markets.
• Additional tasks will present themselves as the role continues to evolve.
