Qualifications
- Proven track record of business development success in commercial construction.
- Established relationships with owners, developers, and key decision-makers in Indianapolis.
- 8+ years of experience in construction or related industry.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead business development efforts for the Indianapolis division, identifying opportunities and securing projects.
- Oversee project safety, quality control, and financial performance from inception to closeout.
- Manage project budgets, cost forecasting, and subcontractor negotiations.
- Hire, mentor, and develop project management staff; ensure scheduling and execution excellence.
