Job summary

Quantum Services is hiring an Inventory Specialist to join a regional field auditing team. You will count inventory in convenience stores and retail locations along designated routes, traveling with teammates and maintaining accurate reports for store managers.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 6:00 AM starts, and 36–42 hours per week with fully paid travel and comprehensive benefits. Prior inventory experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance.
• Ability to pass standard Background (BGC) and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) checks.
• Comfort lifting up to 25 lbs and working in cool storage environments.
• Reliable, punctual with early morning start times.

What You’ll Do

You’ll travel as a team along designated regional routes (within a ~2-hour radius) to conduct physical inventory counts and asset audits inside convenience stores and retail locations.

Schedule & Travel Realities

• 6:00 AM Kickoff / Free Afternoons: On-site audit work starts at 6:0'0 AM. Departure times vary based on route distance, with shifts typically wrapping up early to mid-afternoon.

• Weekly Hours: Averages 36–42 hours per week (auditing + travel time combined).

Requirements

• Vehicle & License: Valid Driver’s License, active personal auto insurance, and a dependable personal vehicle suitable for team carpooling (rideshare services like Uber/Lyft are not permitted).

• Screenings: Ability to pass standard Background (BGC) and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) checks.

• Physical Readiness: Comfort standing, bending, stooping, climbing short step-ladders, lifting up to 25 lbs, and working briefly in cool/cold storage environments (walk-in coolers).

• Reliability: Punctuality for early morning start times and a dependable team mindset.
