Job summary

Battelle is seeking a Division Manager in Columbus, Ohio for the Rapid Technology Assessment & Integration division to lead a diverse, mission-focused organization within National Security. You will drive strategy, P&L, customer relations, and portfolio execution, aligning investments and talent for sustained growth and differentiated offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science or related field with significant leadership experience.
• Proven record of delivering large, complex programs for government customers.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting and P&L management.
• Ability to translate complex capabilities into differentiated customer solutions.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Own the Division's P&L and financial objectives, revenue and profitability.
• Lead the development and execution of multi-year business strategy and growth.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of strategic opportunities with BD and PM teams.
• Strengthen government relationships with DoD and intelligence customers.
• Provide executive leadership across scientists, engineers, and program leaders.
• Guide workforce planning, talent development and succession planning.
• Ensure high-quality program execution, cost and schedule visibility, and risk management.
