Job summary

Battelle seeks a Division Manager for the DoW Cyber business within Mission Focused Tools. You will lead a portfolio delivering mission-focused cyber and embedded-system capabilities to intelligence customers, driving strategy, operations, and new business capture. Based in Columbus, OH with travel to Chantilly, VA and client sites.

The role requires leading ~75 staff, strong collaboration, and US citizenship with active clearance or ability to obtain one.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Engineering with extensive cyber experience.
Strong leadership, collaboration, and strategic thinking.
Experience in program management and customer engagement.
Top-secret clearance or ability to obtain

Responsibilities

Develop and execute business strategies and plans.
Collaborate across divisions to exceed customer expectations and financial commitments.
Lead capture efforts to win new business aligned with division goals.
Provide cyber enterprise support across Battelle’s groups.
Manage a division of 75+ staff including scientists and engineers.
Set staff goals, manage salaries, and oversee workload and development.
Maintain technical quality and ensure contractual alignment.
