Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership experience in railroad, heavy construction, transportation, or industrial operations.
• Railroad experience preferred (highly valued for success in this role).
• Class A CDL preferred (or ability to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Lead crews during railroad emergency response and field operations.
• Supervise rerailing, cleanup, material handling, track support, and heavy equipment activities.
• Drive safety, operational readiness, and customer service in fast-paced environments.
