Job summary

Hulcher Services in Hudson, WI seeks a hands-on operations leader to supervise railroad emergency response and heavy equipment operations. You will lead crews, ensure safety, and drive high-performance results while supporting customers.

With 3–5 years in railroad, heavy construction, transport, or industrial operations and a CDL (preferred), you will respond locally and relocate as needed within 30–45 minutes of the Hudson shop.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership experience in railroad, heavy construction, transportation, or industrial operations.
• Railroad experience preferred (highly valued for success in this role).
• Class A CDL preferred (or ability to obtain)

Salary: $90,000–$115,000+ Annual Earnings + bonus plan ($35.55/hr + OT)

What We’re Looking For:

• Railroad experience preferred (highly valued for success in this role)
