Job summary

HYDAC International seeks a Division Manager - Filters to lead a distribution unit, ensure top service levels, and drive efficient operations. You will guide the division toward meeting corporate goals while fostering a safe and productive team environment.

The role emphasizes strategic project leadership, budget development, product catalog and marketing support, and strong customer and partner management. Travel 30–40% is required, and a BS in engineering is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set goals and objectives in support of Corporate Goals for the product groups.
• Initiate, manage, and monitor new project activities for the division.
• Develop budgets and marketing plans for all projects.
• Oversee quotes and develop, expand and launch new products.
• Administer development of product catalogs, literature and marketing materials.
• Handle trade show participation and attendance for products.
• Manage OEM and distributor accounts for product groups.
