HYDAC International seeks a Division Manager - Filters to lead a distribution unit, ensure top service levels, and drive efficient operations. You will guide the division toward meeting corporate goals while fostering a safe and productive team environment.

The role emphasizes strategic project leadership, budget development, product catalog and marketing support, and strong customer and partner management. Travel 30–40% is required, and a BS in engineering is preferred.

The Division Manager - Filters will manage all functions of a distribution business unit in a manner that ensures the highest standards of customer service and efficiency of operations, and promotes a safe, productive, and positive work environment. This role is also responsible for leading the division management team towards meeting and exceeding corporate goals and objectives.

You will make an impact in this role by:

• Set goals and objectives in support of the Corporate Goals for the appropriate product groups.
• Initiate, manage, and monitor new project activities for the division.
• Develop budgets and marketing plans for all projects.
• Oversee the quote activities as well as developing, expanding and launching new products.
• Administer the development of product catalogs, literature and other marketing initiatives.
• Handle trade show participation and attendance for products.
• Manage the OEM and distributor accounts for appropriate product group.
• To be considered for the Division Manager - Filters role, you must have the following minimum qualifications:
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, client, customers, and the general public.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
• To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of database software, spreadsheet software, and word processing software.
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
• Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
• Must be able to travel 30% to 40% of the time.

Requirements

Experience And Education:

• BS in Engineering is preferred. 10 years industry experience will be considered.
• Fluid-power experience and/or certification is a plus.
• Proven track record with business development.
• Proven track record with manufacturing operations.
