Job summary

Cooper Tacia Management LLC is seeking a Division Manager for Raleigh to lead a stand-alone business unit with full P&L responsibility and strategic accountability. You will set division goals, manage budgets, enforce policies, and hire and develop the team while representing the company in the market.

You will drive business development, oversee preconstruction and project management, and ensure profitable project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or construction management with extensive P&L responsibility.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience running a general contracting business or construction unit.
• Proficient in Office Suite, Procore, Salesforce CRM, BlueBeam/Acrobat and Acumatica.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L for the division and set financial goals.
• Create and manage division plans and budgets.
• Enforce policies and manage hiring and team development.
• Act as the public face of the division and engage with local stakeholders.
• Lead BD, preconstruction, project management and operations within the division.
• Develop long-term plans (1-, 3-, 5-year) to drive growth and profitability.
