Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Heavy Civil construction with experience in highways, bridges, underground utilities, and structural work. DOT expertise is required.
• Experience self-performing projects in southeastern US is highly preferred.
• Proven success self-performing critical construction scopes such as concrete, structures, earthwork, and utility installation.
• Experience leading projects as a Senior Project Manager or equivalent, including P&L responsibility and team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of field operations, scheduling, estimating, and subcontractor management.
• Ability to build and develop a division—recruiting teams, establishing processes, and driving business growth.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent required. Advanced degrees desired.
