Job summary

HCA Healthcare is seeking a Division AVP Infection Prevention to lead infection prevention and control initiatives across the division’s hospitals and outpatient services. You will guide program development, ensure regulatory compliance, and act as the liaison between the division and corporate offices with occasional travel to facilities.

The role requires strong clinical and administrative leadership, a CIC certification, and a master’s degree in a healthcare field, with extensive experience

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a healthcare field is required.
• At least 5 years of infection prevention experience in an acute care setting.
• At least 3 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and sustainment of infection prevention and control programs across division hospitals and outpatient services.
• Provide expert guidance to ensure evidence-based practice and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as liaison between division and corporate offices and travel to hospitals as needed.
