You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance metrics while maintaining strong client and partner relationships. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in management, MBA preferred, and a track record of delivering results in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably as a Division Manager or similar.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving business growth.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
• Knowledge of industry trends and regulatory requirements.
