Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct operations of professional staff providing consultation and guidance to the publicly funded behavioral health service system to ensure compliance with state and federal requirements.
• Coordinate the publication of changes in Medicaid Specialty Supports policy with Health Services.
• Develop, implement and monitor Community Based Services Rules requirements and ensure timely reporting of quality data.
• Address inquiries related to legislative inquiries or case consultations as appropriate; oversee data collection and analysis of critical incident information.
