Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associates in Drafting or Bachelors in Architecture/Engineering/Construction preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years in architectural or construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Collect information and code interpretations for new home design introductions.
• Adhere to QC processes.
• Complete scope of work summaries for projects.
• Coordinate plan submittals and plan maintenance.
• Coordinate ARB submittal and approvals.
• Position performs CAD duties; manage drawings in PulteGroup CAD systems.
• Use standard tools defined by PulteGroup.
• Perform additional functions as assigned by supervisor.
• Develop compliant working drawings for the division.
