Job summary

PulteGroup is seeking a Division Product Agent to coordinate division product needs with the Architectural Services team. This on-site role requires 5 days/week at our Carmel, Indiana office and focuses on CAD duties, plan submittals, and compliant working drawings.

Applicants should have a minimum high school diploma and 5+ years in architectural or construction roles, with an Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM is essential.

Qualifications

• Associates or higher in drafting/architecture preferred.
• Experience in architectural or construction fields required.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and BIM tools; knowledge of codes helpful.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate division product needs with Architectural Services.
• Adhere to QC processes and generate scope of work summaries.
• Manage and coordinate standard plan submittals and ARB processes.
