Job summary

Jobot seeks a dedicated Division Controller to lead financial operations for its manufacturing/agriculture-focused division. The role requires a strong background in accounting, finance, and business administration, with a track record of driving growth, reducing costs, and improving efficiency.

The successful candidate will oversee financial statements, budgeting, month-end closing, and internal controls, collaborating with auditors and senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; Master's or CPA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior accounting role, preferably in manufacturing or agriculture.
• Proficiency in SAP and Excel for financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of audit procedures, laws, rules, and regulations.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation of financial statements, reports, and audits with compliance to reporting requirements.
• Coordinate budgeting, procurement, investment activities, and financial planning.
• Execute month-end-close procedures and bank reconciliations.
• Maintain internal financial controls and procedures.
• Collaborate with external auditors to ensure audit success.
• Interact with management on financial performance and strategic planning.
• Utilize SAP and Excel for reporting and data analysis.
• Provide strategic guidance on capital financing for growth.
• Analyze business initiatives like new operations or asset acquisitions.
