This hybrid role combines leadership in accounting and financial planning with a focus on compliance and operational partnership. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of accounting experience, including controller roles, and expertise in ERP systems. Competitive salary of $175,000 - $210,000 annually plus bonus eligibility up to 25%.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive accounting experience, including experience as a Controller.
• Proven leadership and management experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the division’s corporate, field, and international accounting operations.
• Lead the monthly financial close process, including reconciliations and journal entries.
• Oversee the global consolidation process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
