Job summary

U.S. Tsubaki, Milwaukee, is seeking an experienced accounting professional to lead cost accounting and financial reporting for a high-volume manufacturing operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Accounting from four-year college or university; CPA preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing or public accounting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare reports and schedules for top management summarizing revenue, expenses, income, and productivity.
• Manage monthly financial reporting: P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, etc.
• Oversee fixed asset and cycle counting functions; cost accounting and inventory valuation.
• Develop division budgets and mid-term plans; monitor adherence to policies and procedures.
• Prepare information for internal and external audits; analyze costs and procedures to improve operations.
