Spectrum Search Group is partnering with a growing multi-site industrial company to hire two Divisional Controllers for the Dallas/Fort Worth area. These roles offer direct exposure to executive leadership and ownership of accounting, reporting, controls, and operations finance across multiple business units.

The positions provide high visibility, room to improve processes and systems, and the potential for advancement within a privately held, growing organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of accounting experience.
• Public accounting or public/private combo preferred.
• Exposure to inventory, cost accounting, manufacturing, distribution or industrials.

Responsibilities

• Own accounting close, reporting, controls for multiple business units.
• Provide leadership in operations finance and ownership reporting to executive leadership.
• Drive process improvements, system enhancements and team development.
