The Division Controller will oversee month-end close, financial reporting, general ledger activities, cash management, budgeting and analysis, internal controls, and accounting team development.

Construction industry accounting experience is required. The ideal candidate understands the financial complexities of a project-driven construction business and can translate financial results into meaningful insights that help operations improve profitability and business performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the division's month-end close process and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting
  • Oversee general ledger accounting, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and supporting financial schedules
