  • Monitoring project financial performance and working closely with Project Managers and operational leadership to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Managing cash flow, banking relationships, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and collections.
  • Developing and maintaining budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
  • Overseeing payroll processes and ensuring accurate allocation of labor costs to appropriate projects and cost codes.
  • Managing the month-end and year-end close process.
  • Reviewing work-in-progress reports and assisting with revenue recognition and project forecasting.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong internal controls, accounting procedures, and financial policies.
  • Supporting leadership with strategic financial planning and data-driven decision-making.
  • Assisting with audits, tax preparation, insurance reporting, bonding requirements, and other financial compliance matters.
  • Working collaboratively with company leadership, Project Managers, Superintendents, and department heads to improve financial performance.
