University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center and UH MacDonald Women’s Hospital seek an accomplished, board-certified maternal fetal medicine physician to serve as Division Chief, Maternal Fetal Medicine and Barbara Peterson Ruhlman Chair in Maternal Fetal Medicine. Qualifications

• MD or DO with eligibility for an unrestricted Ohio medical license.
• Board certification in Maternal Fetal Medicine.
• At least 10 years of medical practice with demonstrated leadership in an academic/complex healthcare setting.
• Excellence in clinical care, education, research and/or administration.
• Ability to recruit, retain, mentor, and inspire diverse faculty and staff.
• Commitment to quality, safety, inclusion, access, and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, clinical, academic, research, and administrative leadership for the Division of Maternal Fetal Medicine.
• Guide the Division’s growth, quality, access, program development, faculty recruitment, and financial performance.
• Oversee inpatient and outpatient maternal fetal medicine services, clinical quality, and patient safety.
• Partner with residency and fellowship program directors to support education and training.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing environment that supports faculty development and multidisciplinary care.
