The reporting location for this position is at the Bonderson building located at the 901 P Street, Sacramento, CA 95814.

Under the general direction of the Assistant Executive Officer (CEA A), the Manager II serves as the Division Chief, Program Services Division, and is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating the activities of the Policy, Education & Outreach, and Operations units through subordinate supervisors. The incumbent provides executive leadership for the Board's regulatory, policy, education, stakeholder engagement, and operational support programs and is accountable for translating statutory requirements, Board direction, executive priorities, and the Board's Annual Work Plan into coordinated strategies, measurable objectives, and successful program outcomes.

Occasional travel may be required up to 20%. Possession of a valid driver’s license is required when operating a state owned or leased vehicle.
