is seeking a Division CFO to lead financial operations for the division, ensure Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and maintain timely, accurate reporting to the Division President and corporate partners. You will oversee homebuilding operations, manage internal controls, monitor land development budgets, coordinate with multiple departments, train division personnel on the JD Edwards system, and travel as required to support strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent.
• 7–10 years of related experience and/or training.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.

Responsibilities

• Maintain responsibility for providing timely and accurate financial information and the five-year business plan to the Division President and Region/Corporate.
• Oversee all aspects of the division’s homebuilding operations and ensure policies promote divisional success.
• Ensure personnel are trained and proficient with the JD Edwards system.
• Maintain robust internal controls and accurate financial reporting, closing monthly per corporate guidelines.
• Evaluate and monitor land deals to meet corporate, regional, and division requirements.
• Manage development and SG&B budgets with backup documentation for changes.
• Travel overnight as needed to support operations and leadership.
• Communicate company philosophy and optimize spending to support profitability.
• Analyze, improve, and implement policies to keep up with technology and efficiency.
