HCA Healthcare, Inc. in Kansas City seeks a Division Assistant Vice President of Practice Operations for the MidAmerica Division to lead and optimize physician operations across multiple locations and hospitals.

You will drive strategic initiatives, oversee clinical networks and collaborate with hospital executives to meet financial and quality targets, while ensuring efficient delivery of services and growth across markets.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration or related field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in practice management.
• Experience managing multiple physician practices across a wide geographic area.

Responsabilidades

• Report to the MidAmerica Division VP of Practice Operations.
• Provide operational oversight of practice operations for the MidAmerica Division (510+ providers, 106 locations, 8 hospitals).
• Lead large divisions with 400+ providers across areas.
• Ensure initiatives, policies and procedures are implemented efficiently.
• Oversee direction for physicians and advanced practice providers in isolated markets.
• Collaborate with hospital CEOs and division leadership to meet organizational needs.
• Help shape strategic direction with division and hospital CEOs.
• Oversee functions of practices to maximize resource utilization and service delivery.
• Coordinate with HCA Physician Services management and recruitment to place physicians in employed practices.
• Participate in annual budgeting and analyze staffing and variances.
• Oversee employed physicians and practices to meet financial targets per standards.
• Implement and track quality initiatives with regulatory standards; facilitate quarterly quality reviews.
• Develop volume growth initiatives and collaborate with sales/marketing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
