Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital, part of Lifepoint Health, seeks an Assistant Vice President, Physician Services Operations to lead day-to-day physician practice operations across markets. You will oversee productivity, onboarding, MOR reporting and strategic initiatives with hospital leadership.
The role emphasizes financial oversight, provider accessibility, and collaboration with Market Directors to advance service delivery and value-based care strategies.
Formación
- Bachelor's degree required.
- CPA/CMPE/FACMPE preferred.
- Minimum 10 years in physician practice management or similar healthcare setting.
Responsabilidades
- Lead and coach Market Directors to optimize day-to-day operations of employed physicians.
- Identify, report on operational challenges and opportunities.
- Develop operational improvement programs and conduct on-site practice visits.
- Monitor physician practice efficiencies, revenue cycle, productivity, and accessibility.
- Oversee MOR preparation and onboarding of new providers.
- Monitor start-ups to grow practice revenue and marketing outreach.
- Ensure fiscal responsibility and adherence to budgets.
