Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Physician Services Operations to lead day-to-day physician services, coach Market Directors, and drive performance across markets. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of physician practice management experience; CPA/CMPE/FACMPE preferred.

Qualifications

• 10 years of physician practice management or similar healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coaching to Market Directors and oversee day-to-day operations of employed physicians.
• Identify, communicate, and report operational challenges and opportunities; monitor performance and reporting.
• Develop and implement operational improvement programs; optimize revenue cycle, provider productivity, and accessibility.
• Oversee onboarding of new providers, start-ups, and ensure fiscal responsibility within budgets.
• Coordinate with local physician services team on productivity opportunities and strategic priorities.
