The Division Administrator serves as the primary administrative resource for the division and plays a key role in supporting daily business operations. This position works closely with teammates, customers, and vendors to ensure efficient administrative processes and a positive experience for both internal and external stakeholders. The Division Administrator is responsible for a variety of administrative, HR support, and office coordination activities, including invoicing, visitor management, teammate onboarding support, event coordination, vendor communication, and general office administration. The successful candidate will build strong relationships across the organization and serve as a trusted point of contact for administrative support and office operations.
