Job summary

Precision Walls, Inc. seeks an experienced Division 10/12 Foreman for commercial projects, including toilet partitions, accessories, and related items. You will oversee installers, read blueprints, ensure safety, and coordinate with GC and subcontractors to meet project expectations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead on-site teams while adhering to safety standards. Fluency in English is preferred; bilingual is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in division 10/12 work.
• Experience with baker scaffolding and ladders and safety procedures.
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install bathroom partitions and accessories per drawings.
• Coordinate with GC and subcontractors on project expectations.
• Oversee less experienced installers and ensure quality.
• Inspect surfaces for imperfections and plan installations.
• Instruct and verify quality of completed installations.
