Job Description: This is a part-time, seasonal position reporting to the Head Swimming and Diving Coach. The Assistant Coach is responsible for assisting in all aspects of a competitive NCAA Division III varsity diving program. The primary focus is the instruction, safety, and recruitment of student‑athletes within the diving discipline. This role requires a commitment to the mission of Mount Holyoke College, fostering a diverse and inclusive environment that supports the holistic development of scholar‑athletes. The position includes evening and weekend hours and follows the academic calendar.
