Job summary

Qualifications

• Commitment to the student-athlete and coaching in an academic environment.
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse student body and foster inclusion.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, staff, and families.
• Current Red Cross First Aid and CPR certification; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead diving practices, meets, and dryland activities with technical feedback.
• Ensure safety and compliance with NCAA Division III and college regulations.
• Recruit student-athletes through PSA identification and communication.
• Oversee academic progress and well-being of divers; act as a mentor.
• Assist Head Coach with travel, meals, fundraising, and meet management.
• Maintain diving equipment and training facilities for safety and efficiency.
• Familiarity with recruiting software such as e‑Dive and Dive Meet.
