Job summary

The University of Saint Joseph is seeking a part-time Diving Coach to support its NCAA Division III diving program through technical instruction, practice planning, meet support, and recruiting. This role allows flexible scheduling to fit the candidate’s availability.

Responsibilities include planning and conducting practices, providing feedback for 1m and 3m divers, assisting with meets and travel, and supporting recruiting efforts. Start date Fall 2026; compensation is a seasonal stipend.

Qualifications

• Competitive diving experience, collegiate preferred.
• Coaching experience at high school, club, or collegiate level.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends during the season.
• Commitment to NCAA Division III philosophy.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
