Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems independently.

Responsibilities

• Compute, validate, and post payments to client accounts.
• Review stock records and reports to determine customer ownership.
• Validate and process security payments on payable date.
• Reconcile daily settlement reports.
• Identify and resolve dividend-related issues for client accounts.
